Tracker Group of Companies was founded in 1997 for the purpose of providing a 'One Stop Shop' for Personal, Vehicle and Corporate Security Services against a backdrop of a deteriorating security situation that characterised the 1990s and the new millennium. Carjacking, Burglary, robbery with violence, muggings and other high profile crimes demanded a change of approach from the traditional Security guarding model that was available in the market and that criminals had learnt to beat with their increasingly sophisticated and organised syndicates.

The Tracker Group of companies amalgamated three companies;
Cartrack (K) Ltd, 911 (K) Ltd and First Force Security Guards (K) ltd to create the most formidable and technologically advanced hi-tech Security Service Provider in Kenya.
